1. Services Covered
TanyunGFX provides creative design services including logo design, poster design, thumbnail design, social media graphics, and related visual communication deliverables. The exact scope, timeline, and output format are finalized in writing for each project before execution.
2. Project Process and Delivery
Project timelines are estimates based on the approved scope and the client's response time. Delivery dates may shift when revisions, delayed feedback, or additional requests extend the production process. Final files are delivered only after full payment clearance.
3. Revisions and Change Requests
Each package includes a limited number of revisions as stated in the approved quotation. Requests outside the agreed revision limit or outside the original scope are treated as additional work and may be billed separately.
4. Payment Terms
Payments must be made according to the invoice terms shared at project confirmation. Delayed payment may pause delivery or handover of final source/export files. All applicable transfer charges, taxes, or platform fees are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Rights
Ownership of final approved designs is transferred to the client upon full and final payment. TanyunGFX retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless a written non-disclosure restriction is agreed in advance.
6. Limitation of Liability
TanyunGFX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from project usage, delays, or third-party platform actions. The maximum liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in dispute.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from services or these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
